To configure your BlackBerry Leap to use Vodafone MMS in New Zealand follow below steps.

Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.

Open Text Messages.
Press the dots.
Press Settings and select Text Messages.
Select MMS.

Press Advanced and enter the following details.

APN = live.vodafone.com
MMSC URL = http://pxt.vodafone.net.nz/pxtsend
Proxy URL = 172.30.38.3 :8080

Press Save.

Return to home screen.
